Richland Two Schools Move to eLearning for March 18, 2021

In anticipation of severe weather and unsafe travel conditions, Richland School District Two will shift to eLearning for Thursday, March 18, 2021. This means all students will participate in eLearning following their school’s current bell schedule.

The forecast is predicting widespread severe weather with several tornadoes and/or numerous severe thunderstorms, some of which may produce large hail after 1 p.m. The decision to shift to eLearning ensures that learning continues while keeping Richland Two students, parents, and staff safely off the roadways during the time when severe weather is expected to impact our area.

Due to the potentially unsafe travel conditions, staff members will work remotely on Thursday.

In addition, all after-school activities, events, and programs in Richland Two for Thursday, March 18, have been canceled. This includes after-school child care, athletic/fine arts, and other extracurricular activities, events, and programs, adult education classes, etc.
