can ONLY be accepted by HANDWRITTEN NOTE.
Leaving a voicemail message, phone call or email are
NOT AN OPTION.
You may use the provided form below to submit a transportation change
Please notify the front office via HANDWRITTEN NOTE if your child will be picked up by anyone OTHER than Parent/Guardian or Emergency contact person.
REMINDER:
Cut off for Early Dismissals is 2:15
Any child not picked up after 3:20 WILL BE escorted to Boys & Girls Club(fees will apply)
